We accept bank checks, personal checks, money orders, and credit cards.
For personal checks, we wait until the check clears the bank before shipping. Checks should be made payable to National Capital Trains. Our mailing address is: 9001 Scott Street, Springfield, Virginia, 22153-4113.
For credit cards, please send e-mail detailing your order, phone number, as well as shipping and billing address. Do not email your credit card information. We will provide an estimate of shipping to go along with the items you would like to purchase. After you receive our e-mail with the bill, please call or send us your phone number (within the continental United States). We can then get your credit card information and process your order.
We ship by U.S. Postal Service either regular or Priority Mail depending on the size of your order. We also will ship by Federal Express if you request it and pay the extra shipping.
